Your First Visit Will Consist of a Consultation to Discuss Reasons for Seeking Orthodontic Treatment and Goals of Treatment
We will review any x-rays and notes from your dentist.
We will create our own images of your teeth and the surrounding areas using cameras and digital x-rays to help us create a customized orthodontic treatment plan.
We will discuss your diagnosis and recommend treatment options, and develop a plan that includes treatment options, treatment timing and possible additional diagnostic information that may be required.
We can discuss costs and payment options for any proposed treatments.

When you come in for your initial visit please be sure to bring your insurance card (if applicable) and arrive early to fill out our initial paperwork if you have not already done so. Here is the link to our Patient Health History.
(During the pandemic, there are additional Covid-19 questionnaires that are also required.)
